Peter Kleinmann
Our founder and managing partner Peter Kleinmann previously held a number of senior management positions in the automotive tier 1 market as well as positions as executive vice president, COO and CEO in the engineering industry.
He was responsible during this time for international quality and operations.
His entire career has been marked with relevant hands-on experience and sustained success in all lean strategies, kaizen tools and the Toyota production principle.
Peter Kleinmann has worked predominantly in globally-active multinational companies but also has experience of working for medium-sized, family-owned businesses.
He has particular international experience in Middle/East-Europe, Russia, India and China.
